This is an online only auction to liquidate a home in Glencoe, MO. All items sell as is--as received with no attempt to improve. This sale has a soft close beginning at 7 pm on Monday, May 15th with 1 lot closing every 13 seconds. Pick up is from Noon til 6 on Wednesday, May 17th. The home is off Red Tail Hawk Road, a narrow road which is currently under construction so there is construction traffic. You may have trouble accessing with a "large" trailer, so be mindful when bidding. There is a 15% Buyers Premium added to all successful bids, and effective February 1, 2020 we will automatically charge the card on file for all invoices under $1000 UNLESS you leave a note in NOTES TO AUCTIONEER.
