Stevens Auction Company is pleased to announce the commission to offer at public auction the estate of Ms. Nell Howell of Aberdeen MS.

Ms. Howell has been placed in a personal care center and has decided to sell all her antique treasures as well as her home, “Silk Stocking Row”, built in 1895.  The home contains beautiful Victorian, Empire and Federal furniture along with china, sterling silver, old clocks, original works of art, handmade Persian rugs plus hundreds of other rare collectables.



The sale of Ms. Howell’s home is being managed by Marsha Ballard, broker, of Southern Realty and Management Company. The home will be available for showing in mid-March 2012. For further information related to the sale of the home, please call Marsha at 662-369-7061.
