Terms and Conditions of Sale – LQC Estates

All sales conducted by LQC Estates are final. All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied as to condition, authenticity, age, or functionality. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items prior to purchase. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be permitted.

Prices are as marked and are subject to change at the discretion of LQC Estates. We do not provide advance pricing, holds, or presales unless explicitly stated. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment as posted at each sale. CHECKS ARE NOT ACCEPTED. All sales are subject to applicable state and local sales tax unless a valid resale certificate is presented.

All items must be removed within the designated sale hours unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyers are responsible for the removal of their purchases, including providing necessary labor, tools, and transportation. LQC Estates and property owners are not responsible for loading, packing, or moving items.

Neither LQC Estates nor the property owner shall be liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages occurring on the premises. By attending the sale, all visitors assume full responsibility for their safety and that of their companions, including children.

LQC Estates reserves the right to limit the number of occupants in the home, refuse entry, or remove any individual for disruptive or unsafe behavior.

All announcements made on the day of the sale take precedence over any prior written or advertised terms.
