If any problem presents it will be corrected in a polite manner. We place professionals in strategic arears of the premise to observe and prevent thievery. Signs stating the rules of the sale are posted throughout the premise.

An estate sale for the personal goods of Harold and Marie Mayer will be held on March 4th and 5th. The estate sale will be conducted at their lovely home on the shore of the reservoir, 206 Sunrise Point Drive, Brandon, Mississippi 39047. On March 4th the doors will open at 9:00 AM and close at 5:00 PM. On March 5th the doors will open at 10 AM and close at 4:30 PM.

This home is over 3,500 square feet and is filled with high-quality, well-maintained furnishings that must be sold. There is something for everyone: a large quantity of estate jewelry, lovely modern day type couches with matching love seats and chairs many of which are of the leather variety, clothes, a kitchen loaded with all types of cooking utensils, appliances, lovely vintage dining table, outdoor/patio furniture and much more.

Cash, Master Charge and Visa, and checks with proper credentials will be accepted. Reserve the right to refuse any check.
