Payment in full is required before picking up any items.
Some items require wire transfer.
We can not charge Guns, Ammunition through Global Payments, must be paid in cash at pickup.

A credit card is required to be on file and verified prior to bidding on any auction. All items will be charged at the end of the auction. We will charge your credit card prior to shipping, If your card is declined be prepared to bring cash in the correct amount. We do not have the ability to charge on site and with the HiBid changes, you can only pay directly through Global Payments if your card does not go through the first time, via an invoice.
If a payment method is declined or invalid you may be banned from future auctions.Make sure the correct card is on file with HiBid prior to the end of the auction.

7% sales tax will be charged on all purchases. If you have a resale permit, it must be recorded and on file PRIOR TO THE AUCTION.

DO NOT EXPECT US TO SHIP ITEMS THAT ARE NOT LISTED AS SHIPPING AVAILABLE!
Shipping is up to the auctioneer

Shipping will be available on some items. Each lot will state if shipping is available and a minimum $5.00 service fee will be charged. Shipping will take place as soon as possible following the auction. We ship USPS Priority Mail only. The card on file will be charged and an email sent to the email address on file, when the label is created. Items will only be shipped to the address on file. We do not ship out of the United States.

Auction will have a soft close.

If you have questions about an item, please ask prior to bidding, previewing the auction is recommended.

All items must be paid for and picked up by the specified date listed on the auctions page. If not picked up by specified time, the item becomes the property of Dilmore Auctions to dispose of or resell. No refunds ever.

We can not help you load your items. Please bring your own help

We will not have tools available for you to use. Plan accordingly.

We do not provide packing materials or boxes Please plan accordingly

We are not responsible for accidents that may occur on or off our property.

All measurements are approximate.

We will not be held responsible for any kind of internet/computer/software malfunction while the auction is in process.

You must take entire lot. If a partial lot is left a $100 disposal fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

The Auctioneer has the sole discretion to reject any bids.

Dilmore Auction employees or the auction itself may bid on auctions.

Dilmore Auctions reserves the right to refuse service to any person, to remove any item or to cancel any auction at any time for any reason.

Dilmore Auctions is acting as agent for the Seller only.

Each bidder is responsible for any an all activity involving their bidder account.

We try to take the best pictures possible and to point out any defects, but we are human and may miss something, it is best to preview in person if possible.

All sales are final.
