This Sale does accept Credit Cards except American Express. Checks, and Cash.....Checks and Credit Cards will ONLY be accepted for invoices $100 or more from known guests or with" letter of proof of funds" in Acct...... 3% Credit Card Fee/Check Fee..... 10 % Buyers Premium/Tax on ALL Purchases.......You will need to accompany Tax Letter if you are a Dealer with Same Name as your Mississippi Drivers License for NO TAX on Purchases. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD ITEMS!!!! .....and a trailer/truck to load larger items, as my employees work for me the days of sale. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries occurring onsite......All items Sold As Is, Where is, with ALL flaws and NO Warranties implied. All Sales Final !!! Valuable Items will not be in Home until day of Sale. If we are Auctioning the REAL ESTATE the Saturday at Noon of Estate Sale, You will need to have Pre-Approved "Letter of Guarantee "for your Check from your Banker/Banking Institution. Contract will be written the day of Sale with 10% down at that time and Close in 30 Days. Non Refundable. Thanks! :) Again......I repeat!
