All Sells are final, Items are "as is" no returns. Accepting cash, good checks with appropriate ID and CC adding 3% fee. , Credit cards can be used to check out in the main building. No items will be put on hold or sold in advance. Please bring help to move purchased items, some items are very heavy and may require more than one person to load and may require a trailer. No shipping, items must be removed by or before 3:00 PM on Saturday. Packaging is limited, some bags and paper available, so if you plan to purchase breakables such as china, lamps, etc.... please bring your own. Security on premises responsible for parking in front . All bags and carries are subject to search. Not responsible for accidents, lost items or those left at the sale. Owner reserves the right to remove or add items to the sale.
