We do offer shipping on some items! Shipping availability is noted on each lot. Please contact our shipping company ARLENE'S EMPORIUM at arlenesemp@gmail.com PRIOR to bidding if you have any shipping questions. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF USA.
Our shipper will be invoicing separately from Bo Land Auctions for shipping and handling.
Payment for all items is due day of pickup and items to be shipped will be invoiced through Square within 48 hours. Please pay this invoice promptly. Any bids for items to be shipped without prior approval may be voided.
You may pay by cash or credit (NO CHECKS) when you pick up items on Sunday, September 17th from 10am-6pm. Card on file will NOT be used UNLESS items are not picked up in a timely manner.
All item descriptions, measurements, weights, and other information is given to the best of our ability and may not be exact.

Lifetime Estate of Dr. Frank Bowen of Carthage MS and Walnut Grove MS. Dr. Bowen, his wife Bonnie, and their Sonny, lived a full and exciting life. So many friends and neighbors have been excited to share their memories of this lovely family.
In addition to Dr. Bowen serving his community as their Doctor, he served on the local Bank's Board of Directors, was an avid Alumni and fan of the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) and East Central Community College, and obviously a strong supporter of his community in Leake County Mississippi.
After preparing his home for this auction, and finding so many items new in boxes all the way back to the 60s, excellent quality and clean furniture, ...
