All Items are priced; cash, PayPal, or checks only. We do not accept credit cards, and we cannot hold merchandise. Most items remaining on Sunday will be reduced, however, bids may be submitted up until closing on Saturday of the sale for items $100 or more. Buyer is solely responsible for packing and moving merchandise by last day of sale. Buyers are responsible to secure help and transportation to load large items. All items must be moved by close of sale. Boss Fox Estate Sales and our clients are not responsible for accidents at the sale site. All Sales final. Mississippi State Sales Tax is collected on all sales. Dealers are required to provide a copy of their resale certificates and tax numbers for our files.

Boss Fox Estate Sales presents the phenomenal Lee McCarty collection, which includes a mind-boggling number of pieces such as furniture, light fixtures, accessories, art, china, crystal and glassware, flatware, mantels, books and cookbooks (some signed), rugs, rare signed McCartys Pottery exhibit catalogs, Carnevale olive trays, kitchen items, and so much more. The McCartys owned several homes in Memphis, Monteagle, New Orleans, and Mexico, as well as several properties in the Merigold compound, all of which were packed with a collection amassed over a 70-year period. Lee also purchased the furniture from the historic Midway Hotel in Merigold prior to its demolition many years ago. Every item in this sale is part of that singular collection!


The vast majority of these pieces have never been included in previous sales, and the few remaining pieces from the 2025 sales have been dramatically reduced for quick sale.
