Items sold as is, where is. No returns. You will need to load large items and please be prepared to remove the item quickly. We accept cash, credit and checks with proper ID . Bringing your own box or bags is a good idea. Please do not leave your car half in the road. Please take care not to leave divets
in any lawn. We must leave room for emergency vehicles to gain access to other homes in the sale area. And, please, do not block neighbors drives. Masks are voluntary, but preferred.
