Please, no phone calls requesting info about specific items. Feel free to e-mail with questions. I will try to respond to e-mail questions.
Cash Approved Check and Credit Cards. (We do charge a 3% service charge for all credit card transactions).
Be Prepared to Load Your Own Purchases.
Bring your boxes and trucks to load
Everything must go!!!
We do charge sales tax. If you have a tax exemption certificate... bring a copy to avoid being charged sales tax. We will not be able to make you a copy, so please be prepared.
We do not hold items. It is not fair to other buyers!
We do not settle disputes between two people wanting to purchase the same item.

Remember: This is someone's inheritance. We price to be fair to the estate and buyer.
