��️Our online pre-sale begins Wednesday 6/17, continues Thursday 6/18, and ends Friday 6/19. Items sold during the online sale are awarded to the first confirmed buyer. Payment for online purchases need to be completed online.
��️Pickup and bonus shopping will take place Saturday 6/20 during the designated pickup window. Items not picked up during the scheduled time, without prior approval, may be resold or donated at the discretion of 228 Estate.
��️Please bring adequate help, tools, and packing materials for loading large or heavy purchases, as loading assistance will not be available. Local pickup only — no shipping available.

��️All sales are final. Items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and asking questions prior to purchase.

��️By entering the property, all shoppers assume responsibility for their own safety. 228 Estate and the property owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages.

��️Accepted payment methods for Saturday Shopping and Bonus shopping are cash and credit card. Credit card purchases will include a 3.5% processing fee.
