Best Basement Sale EVER (at least it’s “unique”!)

Thursday, March 21st:  Early Sale 6 – 7 pm…$10 (cash!) per person entry fee (wine will be served, beginning at 5:00 pm, while it lasts)

AND, 10% off all sales on Thursday night!

Saturday, March 23rd:  9 am – 3 pm 

Sunday, March 24th:  1 - 3 pm (1/2 price day!)

ADDRESS:  401 S. 37th Avenue behind Ace Hardware (but enter and shop the basement on Quail Hollow Drive). Follow the red, blue, and white ESTATE SALE Signs! 

REMINDERS:

- So sorry, no prices are given online or by text.  We want you to come to the sale! ☺ 

- Please be mindful of where you park.  Do not block neighbors driveways or on their grass!

- To avoid gridlock at the beginning of the sale, entrance numbers will be handed out beginning 30 minutes prior to sale time with one person per number.

Furniture:  Office desk, work benches, great storage cabinets on roller, mini-refrigerator, sewing machines, vintage rocker, recliner, breakfast table, and more; 

Crystal, silver plate: Four crystal chandeliers (10-lights), glassware, silver plate serving pieces, and more;

Clothing, etc.:  FINE ladies’ clothing (size 14-22), formal dresses, and Escada shoes (size 8 1/2).  (Brands are St. John, St. John Evening, St. John Couture, Escada, Escada Sport, Joan Vass, Chico’s, Scala, Nygard, Ming Wang, and many more!)

Weight room:  Top-notch exercise equipment (Weight machines, Pilates table, exercise bike, stair-stepper, etc.), and more; 

Outdoor:  Patio furniture, quality heavy-duty iron patio table with 6 chairs, iron triple bench,  park benches, bird bath, serving cart, fountain, vintage triple level plant stand, lots of pots, yard tools, gas grill, misc. tables, air compressor, many heavy-duty extension cords, and more; 

Lagniappe:  High-end costume jewelry (several with beautiful stones, sterling silver, beaded eye-glass holders), wrapping paper holders, wheels for a Cadillac, bike rack, Scooter (WORKS!), Invalid lift, lots of folding chairs,
