Sale of the Mississippi Regional History Library of the late Vernon Chadwick. This collection includes a Territorial Law book printed 1816, also many antebellum cultural and legal books owned by the Natchez families Foules and Boyd. Titles on antebellum Natchez and Historic homes. Mr. Chadwick collected many University Mississippi Press imprints also that were published in the 1970's and 1980s. RARE YALE Book Class of 1857 with signed pages. There is also a very Rare Ltd. Ed. Eudora Welty imprint Booklet and 2 pieces of Confederate currency, Please note these items will be kept offsite until sale day and will be kept behind the counter. Sale of many Genealogy Books acquired from the estate sale of the Late Dr. and Mrs. Clifford Tillman library in 2019 from Natchez, Miss which include titles for Tennessee, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and a lot of Colonial subject genealogical books on Palatines, Huguenots, and Parish histories. There are a lot of books and a few other states... No Bulk Deals being offered.
Being sold on behalf of the Mississippi State Society Colonial Dames XVII Century, the remaining books deaccessioned from the State Traveling Library. This collection being sold by the Book has many families and various states. No Bulk Deals offered.
