These are our Basic Guidelines but there will be NEW Rules based on the Covid Rules and Regulations we are going to abide by, such as Social Distancing and Masks/Gloves worn by everyone. You will not be allowed in house without a mask...... We accept cash, check, all major credit cards (besides American Express). Checks will ONLY be accepted from known guests or with letter of proof of funds. Tax Exempt will need to accompany Letter with Same Name as your Mississippi Drivers License. You will need HELP and a trailer/truck to load larger items, as my employees work for me the days of sale. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries occurring onsite......All items sold as is, where is, with all flaws. $50.00 minimum on credit card purchases. Valuable Items will not be in home until day of Sale. If we are Auctioning the REAL ESTATE the Saturday at Noon of Estate Sale, You will need to have Pre-Approved Letter of Guarantee for your Check from your Banker/Banking Institution. Contract will be written the day of Sale with 10% down at that time and Close in 30 Days. Non Refundable.

This is a Very Classy Estate Sale in the Home of Mr. Looper. Mr. Looper, A "Well Known" Business Man passed away October 16th, 2019, He was 92 years old. Mr. Looper was born November 14th, 1926 in Cleburne, Texas. He graduated from Cleburne High School and attended/played football at Rice University for 2 years. He left Rice University to serve his Country in the U.S. Navy. After his time in the Military, He went back to school and graduated successfully from Texas Christian University.

Mr. Looper worked in the poultry and egg industry for almost 60 years. His start was for working for Arthur Clary in Lubbock, Texas. From there he moved to manage the Ralston Purina Processing Plant in Lubbock. From there, he moved to manage the Ralston Purina Headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, as Director of Checkerboard Farms. In 1974, He moved again to Jackson, MS to manage Cal-Maine Foods and eventually, retired as Vice Chairman of the Company. For over 34 years, his Grandchildren affectionately called him the "Chickenman".

His favorite past time was playing golf with his wife, friends and family. He attended Christ United Methodist Church until he passed away.

There are many nice items in this Estate. It is frozen in time and you will find lots of Post Modern Items from the 1960's thru 1980's plus current timeless items. We will continue to post pictures as we find Treasures going form room to room.
