Checks, and Cash.....Checks and Credit Cards will ONLY be accepted for invoices $100 or more from known guest or with" letter of proof of funds" in his or her Checking Acct...... 3% Credit Card Fee/Check Fee..... 10 % Buyers Premium/Tax on ALL Purchases.......You will need to accompany Tax Letter if you are a Dealer with Same Name as your Mississippi Drivers License for NO TAX on Purchases. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD ITEMS!!!! .....and a trailer/truck to load larger items, as my Assistants work for me ONLY on the days of the Sale. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries occurring onsite......All items "Sold As Is, Where is" with ALL flaws and NO Warranties implied. All Sales Final !!! Valuable Items will not be in Home until day of Sale..... If we are Auctioning the REAL ESTATE the Saturday at Noon of Estate Sale, You will need to have Pre-Approved "Letter of Guarantee "for your Check from your Banker/Banking Institution.
