WE NO LONGER HELP MOVE FURNITURE WITH MIRRORS OF GLASS!! YOU WILL NEED HELP AT THIS SALE TO LOAD LARGE OR HEAVY PIECES!!NO LARGE BAGS WILL BE ALLOWED AT THIS SALE PER THE OWNER!! Sims Estate Sales accepts cash and debit/credit cards. No personal checks accepted.
7 percent Mississippi sales tax will be collected unless you provide a sales tax certificate.
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns. All items are sold "as-is". No warranties are expressed or implied. No prices will be given prior to this sale!! Nothing will be available to purchase prior to the sale!!

We do not allow sold stickers to be used!! We only mark an item as sold after it is paid for. We will mark an item as a HOLD FOR ONE HOUR while you are shopping. If that item is not purchased in one hour it will be for sale to the next customer. If the item we are holding for you is small it should be placed on our hold table. If the item is large we ask you pay for it quickly so there is no confusion.

We are not responsible for accidents, lost items or items left behind at the sale. Please bring someone to help you load. Bags are subject to search! Due to recent theft we may ask to see your paid receipt. All items must be picked up by the end of the sale. Security on site!!Thank you.
