We welcome and invite everyone to our sales and impose no preconditions on attendance. We will have a professional at the entrance to the sale observing all who are attending. If any problem presents it will be corrected in a polite manner. We place professionals in strategic arears of the premise to observe and prevent thievery. Signs stating the rules of the sale are posted throughout the premise.

Description & Details
The estate of Mr. & Mrs. Joe Weaver will be sold on May 2nd at their home, 2405 MS-489 Lake, Mississippi 39092. Exit 96 off I20 is the primary exit for Lake. Your GPS will guide you and there will also be estate sale signs along the route.
Doors will open at 9:00am and doors will close at 5:30pm.
This estate will have something for everyone. The house is full of household goods for sale and included are the small and large appliances. Farm and outdoor equipment will be available. A large quantity of Illinois Central Railroad memorabilia will be sold. The following lists provide more details but are not complete, just samples of what you will have to choose from.

The ICRR memorabilia includes a complete transit set including, the transit in the original oak box, the 5’ plus survey stick with multiple measuring devices on it and tripod all in excellent condition, ICRR signal signs, jacks, pin drivers, pin pullers and extremely large RR pry bars, ICRR steel drum wick stamped Vicksburg, T posts, shovels, picks, post hole diggers made for the RR for deep, deep holes, a railroad cart, 3 point hitch lift pole and many more railroad tools.
Outside merchandise includes a Honda 300 four-wheeler, Kubota 4 wheel drive tractor with front end loader, 5’ bush hog, 2 single axle trailers, 1995 1500 GMC truck ready for restoration, turning plow, harrow, 8’ disc, vintage 6” wide grinding wheel, Craftsman joiner, drill press, bench grinder, barb wire, mechanic tools, a load of power tools and more.
Inside merchandise includes 2 refrigerators, 1 chest freezer, kitchen stove gas, washer, dryer, flat screen TV,
Steinway & Son upright piano, mason jars, cedar chest, small tables, rugs, fabric, yarn, Tupperware, corning ware, small tables and more.
Accept cash, Master Charge, Visa, checks with acceptable credentials, reserve the right to refuse any check.
