2. You may also park behind the house, but do not block the boat ramp or the dock.
3. Please park courteously and neatly so traffic can continue to flow safely.
4. The driveway is reserved only for furniture pickup.

Sale Information

1. Cash, credit/debit (tap), Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay accepted.
2. Mississippi sales tax will be collected.
3. All sales are final.

Please Read

1. No children, please.
2. No large purses or backpacks.
3. There will be a designated area where you may wrap and pack your purchases so we can keep the checkout line moving quickly.
4. We are a small team. Please be patient, kind, and courteous to both our staff and fellow shoppers.
5. You break it, you buy it.
6. No items will be held without payment.
7. There will be NO assistance loading furniture or heavy items. You must bring your own help and vehicle. No exceptions.
