We accept cash, check, all major credit cards (besides American Express). Checks will only be accepted from known guests or with letter of proof of funds. Tax Exempt will need to accompany Letter with Same Name as your Mississippi Drivers License. You will need HELP and a trailer/truck to load larger items, as my employees work for me the day of sale. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries occurring onsite......All items sold as is, where is, with all flaws. 100$ minimum on credit card purchases. Valuable Items will not be in home until day of Sale.

About Mr Broerman..........Col. (Ret.) Ramon Karl Broerman, age 80, slipped the surly bonds of earth on November 19th, 2018, in Ridgeland, Mississippi. He now dances the skies on laughter-silvered wings and touches the face of God.
He was born on December 20, 1937, in Bloomington, Indiana and graduated from high school in Evansville, Indiana which is where he met the love of his life, Peggy. Ramon was a dedicated and devoted husband, an amazing father and served his country in both the Navy and the Air Force for a total of 32 years. He adored and cherished his wife of 59 years and instilled in his children a love of country and strong sense of ethics and morals.
Ramon joined the United States Navy (USN) in 1955 and served for 4 years. After separating from the USN, he enlisted in the United States Air Force (USAF) where he attended and graduated from Office Candidate School. Ramon was awarded numerous medals and commendations during his USAF career. Ramon retired from the USAF in 1988 and moved to Mississippi to begin a career with Beech Aerospace/Raytheon (now known as Vertex Aerospace). He retired Beech Aerospace/Raytheon and devoted his time to his wife and the church.
Ramon was also a member of the Kentucky Colonels and a 50-year member of the Masonic Temple. He Attended St. Columb's Episcopal Church where was an active member until his health declined. Col. (Ret.)
He is survived by his wife, Margaret "Peggy" A. Broerman. He is also survived by two sons; Scott (Marty) of Annapolis, Maryland, Kevin (Carol) of Scottsdale, Arizona, and one daughter Megan (Tommy) of
Ridgeland, Mississippi, as well as eleven grandchildren, Kristina, William, Jessica, Sarah, Cate, Annalise, Kellyn, ·Reenie, Karoline, Charlie and Benjamin. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond F. Broerman and Etta Sue (Kerr) Weddle.
About Mrs Broerman........Margaret (Peggy) A. Broerman, age 79, passed away peacefully on December 29, 2018. Peggy was born on September 26th, 1939, in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from high school in Evansville, Indiana. This is where she met the love of her life, Ramon. Peggy was a devoted USAF wife and gave everything in her support of her husband. She was also a dedicated mother who loved her children with her whole heart.
Peggy was actively involved in several bridge clubs in the Jackson, Mississippi area, the former Community Childrens Theater, and Welcome Neighbors Club. She was a member of St. Columb's Episcopal Church where she was also an active member of The Order of the Daughters of the King until her health declined.
