These are our Basic Guidelines but there will be NEW Rules based on the Covid-19 Rules and Regulations we are going to abide by, such as Social Distancing and Masks/Gloves worn by everyone. You will not be allowed in house without a mask...... This Sale Is Credit Cards except American Express, Checks, and Cash.......... Checks will ONLY be accepted from known guests or with" letter of proof of funds" in Acct. You will need to accompany Letter with Same Name as your Mississippi Drivers License. You will need HELP and a trailer/truck to load larger items, as my employees work for me the days of sale. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries occurring onsite......All items Sold As Is, Where is, with ALL flaws and NO Warranties implied. All Sales Final! Valuable Items will not be in home until day of Sale. If we are Auctioning the REAL ESTATE the Saturday at Noon of Estate Sale, You will need to have Pre-Approved "Letter of Guarantee "for your Check from your Banker/Banking Institution. Contract will be written the day of Sale with 10% down at that time and Close in 30 Days. Non Refundable.
This is THE David and Margo Bowers Living/Moving Estate Sale. As they are both approaching their 80's, They have decided to move to Dallas, Texas to be with their only Daughter/Son n Law and Brand New Grand Baby Boy, Christian. The Bowers are moving back to his Roots, They got married in 1969 in Arlington, Virginia. Graduated from University of Texas In Arlington, then to a Graduate Program at Texas AM and then talked his wife into joining him in going to Law School in MS. Mrs Bowers born in Pennsylvania, and went to School at CW Post in Long Island, New York. Got a degree in Sociology and then decided to join her husband at Law School as he asked her to do while managing a 1 year old and 2 year old. Amazing Lady! Mrs Bowers went on to Clerk for the Federal District Court and then joined MS Attorney Generals Office, Mike Moore and retired from the Position in 2010....Mr Bowers went in to Private Practice with Lundy and Davis until his Retirement 2010 as well. They currently attend Parkway Babtist Church. These 2 are as fine as it gets........Still loading pics.
