HALLOWEEN WEEKEND WAREHOUSE EXTRAVAGANZA

All sales are FINAL. No refunds or exchanges. All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with no guarantees or warranties. Shoppers are responsible for inspecting and testing items prior to purchase. We accept Cash, Venmo, Cash App, and Credit/Debit Cards. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit/debit card transactions.

Pricing information will not be provided via messages. All items are clearly priced and available for purchase in person at the sale. Items are sold on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED basis. No holds.

Due to limited staff, buyers are required to bring sufficient help to move and load furniture and other large or heavy items. Buyers are responsible for the removal of all purchases from the property.

All purchases must be removed by the end of the sale unless a specific pickup time has been approved by 601 Roots & Relics LLC. Items not picked up by the agreed-upon deadline will be considered abandoned, with no refund issued.

601 Roots & Relics LLC and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property. 601 Roots & Relics LLC reserves the right to refuse service when warranted.
