Description & Details

We are honored to be permitted to share the estate of Darold White III of Meridian Miss. He has a massive collection of Mississippi, and especially Meridian, history.

His collection of antique and vintage postcards, historical books and advertising items is amazing. He collected Mississippi annuals dating back to the early 1900s, vintage cookie jars, vintage Radios and TVs that are in amazing condition.

He also loved brilliant cut glass, art glass, antique porcelain and beautiful furniture. You have just got to look at the pictures to believe it.

These two auctions include postcards, artwork, large framed needlepoint, French provincial vintage furniture, cookie jars, annuals, yearbooks, southern architecture reference books, household, tools, piano, organs, a fabulous Dining suite by Lexington, Louis XV style cabinets, decor, Meridian Miss ephemera, yard art, vintage table and floor model radios, and so much more!

This is just the beginning. There will be several more auctions as we dig through the rooms. He not only collected "things" he apparently collected old houses. He loved to rescue old Meridian homes, repair them then rent them out. So we have some cool stuff to come later that is located at another site. So stay tuned!
