This will be a cash only sale. Checks/Credit/Debit cards will NOT be accepted. 7% sales tax in accordance with Mississippi law will be collected.
Not responsible for accidents or injury. All items will be sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS". Please bring help to load heavy items, no loading help will be available. All items purchased must be removed by the end of the sale on Sunday, October 15, 2017

The Estate Sale of Mrs. Lucy Shoemaker

Please come and join us for the estate sale of local business woman Mrs. Lucy Shoemaker. Mrs. Lucy was a woman, loved by all who knew her. She owned her business for 35 years. In addition to owning her own business, she lived a life of adventure. All of her beloved treasures from local meridian history to items collected on her travels will be available for your purchase. Many items available for sale will be directly out of her business. Her family has made their selections, and now would like to offer you the opportunity to view the massive assortment of items still available in her home.

Please note, that Mrs. Shoemakers home is located on family property, please respect those that still live on the property by not approaching them. Parking will be street side and there will be other designated parking areas. Certain areas of the Property that are not for sale will be blocked with caution tape, please do not pass into these areas as this is property that is not part of the sale.
