I am (60) years old, and the daughter of (30)-year flea market dealers who survived the Great Depression. I have tried NOT to clutter my home, but it has happened anyway. I have recently redecorated without getting rid of any of the previous decor. I have everything from a 1940's lamp to modern ones, antique furniture to starter apartment furniture, Victrola Records to CD's, etc. I have collector's item Barbie Dolls, Michael Jackson and Elvis memorabilia, Baseball cards, other card collections, old books, and various hats. (One hat is a UT baseball hat which was personally autographed by Bill Dance.)
The sale will include old campers (which can be converted to the modern) Doll houses that are so competitive at shows now, a 1970 RV, a short utility trailer, and a fixer-upper Dodge Dakota pick-up truck. Also included will be a few children's coats and a high end blouse or two. Picture frames, crafting supplies, old and modern storage cabinets, old jars and cafe dishes, and numerous other items will be available.
Small tools of various types, lawn equipment, and wood-working tools will be for sale. Many tools have only been used a few months. One tool is still new in an unopened box. A nice, tall home-crafted table is available with parts of chairs for it nearby. Various other wood-crafted creations are ready for purchase.
