All Sales are Final!! Everything Sold "AS IS" Where is No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds. Sales Tax will be collected. Be Prepared to Load Your Own Purchases. If my staff does help you be prepared to buy them a chicken diner. Bring your boxes and wrapping. You have to pick up that day. Bring a trucks to load and a friend. The "Estate" reserves the right to pull any item at any time. Some items may move from pictures listed. I rearrange things to make room for things we find. We DO NOT hold items. It is not fair to other buyers! We DO NOT settle disputes between two people wanting to purchase the same item. Please be mindful of posted signs onsite, We are not liable for accidents; enter at your own risk and use caution.
*I price to be fair to the buyer and my client of the Estate this is someones inheritance. Be careful and watch your step in areas We ARE NOT responsible for accidents. No pets this is someone's home you are entering. Please, supervise children or be asked to leave. There may not be public restrooms onsite. Make sure you check your items. I do not give refunds for any reason.
