You will not be allowed in house without a mask...... This Sale is Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards except American Express.......... Checks will ONLY be accepted from known guests or with letter of proof of funds. Tax Exempt will need to accompany Letter with Same Name as your Mississippi Drivers License. You will need HELP and a trailer/truck to load larger items, as my employees work for me the days of sale. We are not responsible for accidents/injuries occurring onsite......All items sold as is, where is, with all flaws. Valuable Items will not be in home until day of Sale. If we are Auctioning the REAL ESTATE the Saturday at Noon of Estate Sale, You will need to have Pre-Approved Letter of Guarantee for your Check from your Banker/Banking Institution. Contract will be written the day of Sale with 10% down at that time and Close in 30 Days. Non Refundable.
