Caring Transitions reserves the right to limit the number of shoppers in the home for safety and security. Payment • • • We accept cash and major credit cards. A 3% convenience fee applies to all credit card purchases. Mississippi sales tax (7%) will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is presented. All Sales Final • • • All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or price adjustments. Please inspect all items carefully before purchasing. Item Availability • While every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph merchandise, items may be removed by the homeowner prior to the sale or may not be available due to unforeseen circumstances. Holding Items • • We cannot hold merchandise without payment. Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been approved by management. Loading Assistance • • • Buyers are responsible for moving, loading, and transporting all purchases. Please bring adequate help, tools, and appropriate vehicles for large or heavy items. Caring Transitions staff is generally unable to assist with moving heavy furniture. Liability • • Enter the property at your own risk. Caring Transitions, the homeowner, landlord, and property representatives are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illnesses, theft, or damage to persons, vehicles, or personal property. Children • Children are welcome but must remain with an adult at all times. 1Respect for the Property • • Please do not enter areas marked "Employees Only," "Private," or "No Entry." Please be respectful of the home and neighboring properties. Pricing • • Prices are firm unless otherwise announced by sale staff. Discounts, if offered, will be announced during the sale.
