- ENTRY NUMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DOOR NO EARLIER THAN 6PM THE EVENING BEFORE THE SALE. WE CANNOT HOLD OR RESERVE NUMBERS FOR ANYONE. THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE ALLOWED ENTRY MAY BE LIMITED TO KEEP FROM OVERCROWDING.
- SALES TAX WILL BE COLLECTED. IF YOU HAVE A LEGAL RESALE TAX NUMBER YOU MUST BRING IT WITH YOU FOR US TO CHECK.
- THERE WILL BE A BID BOX AVAILABLE. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR BIDS THE ITEM MUST BE VALUED AT $50 OR MORE. BIDS MUST BEGIN AT 60% OF THE ORIGINAL ASKING PRICE TO BE CONSIDERED. BIDS NOT MEETING THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE DISCARDED.

This is PART ONE of a two weekend sale. Sat. and Sun. of this week and Sat., Sun., and Mon. of next week. We will relist the sale on estatesales.net after the close of the first weekend.
This home has an incredibly diverse mixture of every kind of collectible one could hope to find in one sale. Here are just a few examples of the items you'll find:
- Furniture from the Victorian era through Mid-Century and into current years. Everything from a 1961 Bartels-Werke (W. Germany) credenza/sideboard to and antique church pew and cast iron bed.
- Two complete sets of Gorham Sterling silver placesettings.
- Every type of kitchen appliance imaginable. Dorm-size refrigerator, tiny wine bottle chiller refrigerator, Large upright freezer, mid-size freezer, restaurant style ice maker, desktop size ice maker, deluxe air fryers, vacuum sealers, food processors, baking supplies, Keurig coffee machine with accessories and more.
