No large purses, bring your own boxes/bags to be used at check out, cash, checks known writer , no bills larger than 20's please, NO CHILDREN ALLOWED ON SITE FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES, items must be loaded and taken off site the day sold, no loading/moving help or equipment provided, security on site, all sales FINAL, all items sold AS IS, no refunds, not responsible for accidents.
We will be happy to answer questions about approximate dimensions, color, size of items, etc. but NO PRICING will be given before the day of the sale. We reserve the right to limit the number of people inside the home at any given time for security and safety reasons.
This is the second sale at this large Southaven home full of collectibles and treasures, home decor, furniture and project pieces, yard items and more. Items have been added including many Coca Cola collectibles, and prices have been dropped dramatically on the home's contents. We must clear it all out!
We will be conducting one of our awesome "box and bundle" sales....you pick out the items and we bundle a price for you. Everything must go!
