Bidding Notice:Tiplersville Auction,LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that everything is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item they purchase. Tiplersville Auction,LLC is providing Internet bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any claim against Tiplersville Auction, LLCor anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Tiplersville Auction,LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify high bid through online interface. All bidders will incur a $1.00 charge to their credit card for auction registration/bidder verification. This will appear on your final billing. An invoice will be emailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction. All Internet Bidders shall be registered prior to Auction Start Time Buyer's Premium 10% Buyer's premium will be charged per item. Payment Instructions: Acceptable forms of payment are Mastercard, Visa, Discover or Debit Card, which must be received by the auction company within 48 hours of the auction. Please contact the auction company with any other questions. Buyers will be required to have a paid receipt before loading. Auction Local PickupTiplersville Auction, LLC will provide a local pickup location and schedule. Winning bidders will be notified once we have received and acknowledged payment in full.
