We will be accepting cash, credit, or debit as payment but no checks. Everything is being sold as-is where-is and thus there will be no charge backs. Issue resolution can only be handled by a full refund of price, as stated on you invoice, in exchange for the item at question.

HUGH Estate Auction. We have been commissioned to auction the living Estate of Beth and Jim Morrow. Their antique store is full of wonderful treasures and beautiful stories to go with them. This auction will take at least two month to do and multiple auctions starting Saturday May 7,2022 at 9 am with preview Friday May 6 from 10-5 and prior to the sell at 8 am. We will continue the next Saturday May 14th and Sunday May 15th. This is day 1 - May 7th. This will be a lotted and tagged auction and some lots are choice while others are grouped. A lot list will be available in the coming days. 

We will take all the cash you will give us a debit/credit when you run out. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the hammer price and 7% MS sales tax.
