We accept cash, check, and credit/debit cards. You must have a photo ID to use a credit card. MS sales tax is charged. Sales tax exemption certificate copy is required if you are a dealer. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY END OF SALE ON Sunday unless you have paid our moving service to move the items. We have a delivery service you may inquire and pay to move purchased items. Please do not expect our sales staff to move or help move furniture and other items. Enter sale at own risk. Not responsible for lost items or injuries. $15.00 credit/debit card minimum. We do NOT take phone orders before 8:30 AM on the day of sales. We will drop off items at the UPS store for shipment with your information.
The contents of the Lewis home will be sold over the Memorial Day weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis were well known and loved in the town of Union. Ms. Jessie known as "Teacher" ran a kindergarten for years at her home. The kindergarten building and contents will be open for the sale. Mr. Frank was an avid woodworker and furniture builder and many of his furniture pieces will be for sale. The family has made their selections and have asked us to have a tag sale of the contents of the home and the woodworking shop. Please take a short drive and join us for three days of shopping. The sale is very full and features many unusual and hard to find antiques and collectibles.
