Our terms are the best to be found and when we are further along in this process we will provide a one page agreement that covers all details.
We welcome and invite everyone to our sales and impose no preconditions on attendance. We will have a professional at the entrance to the sale observing all who are attending. If any problem presents it will be corrected in a polite manner. We place professionals in strategic arears of the premise to observe and prevent thievery. Signs stating the rules of the sale are posted throughout the premise.
Our goal is courteous professionalism at all times.
The estate of Alice Portwood will be sold at her home, 522 Kavanaugh Street, Vicksburg, Mississippi 39180 on March 31st. The doors will open at 9 AM and closes at 4 PM . This is a lovely home and it is loaded with lovely furnishings all of which are in excellent condition – china cabinets, rockers, patio set, picture frames, moveable mini bar and 4 stools (only as a set), glassware, low round coffee table, a number of small tables, baker’s rack, tall jewelry cabinet, costume jewelry, antique beds, knee hold desk, filing cabinet, chest, small book case, 3 panel wood room divider, couches, wood plant stand, large quantity of paintings, Christmas décor and much more.
