Apple Maps takes you right to it. Google Maps gets you close. Directions: coming from Oxford… take the 9W exit in the round about and go straight for 1.5 miles. Then turn left on county road 422. In .9 miles turn left on county road 471. In .8 miles turn right on county road 452. In .4 miles you will have arrived on the right.

Yes, it’s kind of out in the middle of nowhere but once our signs are up it will be easy peasy. The house sits on a huge lake and the views will be worth your drive.

A few notes…

The house has very steep spiral staircases that we will not be utilizing during the sale bc they are too dangerous.

-You will have to checkout on each level and take your items to the car. We will be going around the house to enter the bottom level. There will be plenty of workers to show you where to go. I don’t get to choose how they build these houses and I’m sorry if this part of the sale Is annoying.

-I will open the gate to get in the house for parking around 7:45 am. That being said if you are one that likes to be there earlier than that to stand in line you will have to park your car off the road of county road 452 and go around the gate and walk down the flat but long driveway. I’m nervous about how this will all work out without making some people mad but this is the best solution I’ve come up with.

-Once you are to the house please listen to the parking attendants so we can squeeze as many cars in as possible. Once the house parking is full you will have to park at road and walk down driveway which will be pretty far.

-If you do not like crowds please don’t come at 9am. There has been a lot of “chatter” about this sale and I know it’s going to be super busy. If there’s not one specific thing you have to have or you will die you might consider waiting until 10:30 or so to get there.

-I know this is a lot of info but just please bear with us and know we are trying to keep everyone happy and want everyone to love this sale as much as we do.
