Clients are responsible for moving furniture and large item purchases. No large purses. Not responsible for accidents on premises. All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges. Please respect Do Not Enter signs, family lives on premises.

First Stop Estate Sales is liquidating a beautiful 3,400 sq ft home located in Waveland, MS.  Some items for sale include:  Antiques, Multiple Chest of Drawers, Dressers, Side Tables, Bookcases, Dining Tables, China Cabinets, Small Tables, Lamps, Office Chairs, Desks,  Kitchen Items, LOTS OF KITCHENWARE, Small appliances, Glassware, Cookbooks, Temp-tations Cookware, Books, Pottery, Sofas,  Pati Bannister Prints, Pictures,  Linens, Ladies/Men's  Clothing, LARGE amount of yarn, Sewing Machine,  Looms, Crafting Items, Crafting Books,  Puzzles, Tools, Push Mower, Cement Yard Decor, Holiday items, so much more!  Please respect Do Not Enter Signs, family lives on premises.  Please, NO large purses or Backpacks.  

Sale will be Thursday, Sept. 9th, Friday, Sept. 10th and Saturday, Sept. 11th from 8-4.  Saturday all items will be 1/2 off starting at Noon.  All $1 will stay $1 during sale.  Everything must go. 

Please bring your own BOXES and wrapping.  Clients are responsible for moving furniture and large item purchases.

Please do not park on neighbors grass, block driveways or streets.

Clients will be responsible for lifting and removing heavy items.
