Rules for Bidding
Bidding is an agreement to purchase. If you win, you are committed to purchase and pick up your item(s) or make shipping arrangements.
If you default on your purchase, your bidding privileges will be revoked and you will be reported. Do not bid if you do not plan to purchase.
Please bring necessary tools and help for picking up large items. Caring Transitions staff is not authorized, or able to provide loading assistance. Some items may be located on a 2nd floor or out building.
We will email an invoice after the sale ends and payment is due upon receipt by PayPal or as a guest via PayPal with a debit or credit card. Must be paid by the deadline listed on your invoice unless unless alternate arrangements are made in advance.
If we do not hear from you by the payment deadline, your items will be resold and your bidding privileges will be revoked.
All items must be paid for before they are picked up or shipped.
The exact address of the pick-up will be on the invoice that will be sent via e-mail upon close of the auction.
Any items not picked up during the pick-up time will be considered abandoned and will be donated or resold. 
A 15% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid amount.
We have made every effort to describe this item as accurately as possible. Expect normal signs of wear associated with antiques, vintage, and used items. We do not list every flaw. All items are sold AS IS WHERE IS. No refunds or returns. Caring Transitions does not guarantee the working order of any tool, clock, watch, electronic or other mechanical device. Dimensions given may be approximate.
Our auction site is designed to replicate a live auction. When bids are placed near the close of an item, extra time is added to allow all bidders a chance to win the item. If identical bids are placed on an item, the first person to place their bid will be awarded the item.
