1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

GPS will not accept this address. Take Hwy. 801 South to Peoples Creek Rd. Turn on Peoples Creek Rd. Turn left on Lucy Ln. off of Peoples Creek Rd. Turn right at 150 Olde Stone Trail. Signage will be up at Hwy 801 South leading you to sale location. You can use the following address as a GPS reference: 1426 Peoples Creek Rd. Advance, N.C. 27006. Please park in field behind house at sale location which is 150 Olde Stone Trail, Advance, N.C. 27006. This is a private driveway so please do not speed and be respectful of other neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation. Sale will feature furniture, antiques, Smith & Wesson 38 Special ( permit or CCW required for purchase ) , silver eagles, silver dimes, laptops, collectibles, baseball, hockey and basketball cards, sports collectibles, primitives, advertising, home decor, household, holiday items, kitchenware, clothing, costume jewelry, tools, and more.
