Please take the time to read the following set of terms and conditions for the sale.
1. AGENT: BearCreek Estate & Auction Services and all staff (Company) is acting as agent of the Seller and at no time acting on behalf of the Buyer.
2. BearCreek Estate & Auction Services has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the sale for any reason or no reason at all, including but not limited to technical issues, emergencies, and convenience of BearCreek Estate & Auction Services or the Seller.
3. PROPERTY CONDITION: All items in this sale are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS without warranty, expressed or implied. ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS/REFUNDS.
4. POSSESSION: Buyer is solely responsible for items purchased and for the safe and timely pickup of all items you purchase. BCEAS staff is not available to help with moving, dismantling or loading items. Please bring help to load heavy items.
5. CHECKOUT AND PICKUP: Any items not picked up by the buyer will be considered forfeited and abandoned after 10 days post sale. Anyone entering the sale site is doing so at their own risk. The sellers nor Company/Staff assume any responsibility for your safety during the sale and removal period. Buyers are responsible for dismantling, packing and loading their purchases.
6. PAYMENT, FEES and TAXES: All items must be paid for in full prior to removing from sale site. We accept cash, Cash App, Venmo, credit and debit cards (a 3% convenience fee will be charged for credit/debit card transactions). Sorry, no checks (no exceptions).
• Sales Tax: A 7% Sales Tax will be added to all sales.
• Tax ID: If you have a tax ID number, please provide that information to the cashier at checkout by filling out or providing NC tax exempt form.

Bidding begins on Thursday, November 23rd @ 8am ET
Bidding has a staggard soft close on Wednesday, December 6th starting at 6pm ET.
We are pleased to present this private collection of Barbie Dolls, Clothing and Accessories (name withheld by request)
This collection includes Limited Edition Barbies still in boxes, most unopened, some Ken dolls, a few non-Barbies and several Marilyn Monroe Special Edition dolls in boxes. The dolls in lots were kept in display cabinets and played with by the grandchildren so hair may be messy and shoes may be missing but the dolls themselves are in good condition. The wardrobe alone on these dolls is fabulous!!
Also available are bags full of authentic vintage Barbie/Ken clothes, some handmade items and clothes for other types of small dolls. There are also, shoes, accessories, and patterns.
Shipping is available on all items for additional charge.
PAYMENT: Payment is due at time of pickup or prior to shipping. We accept Cash, CashApp, Venmo and Debit/Credit cards (3% fee added). You will receive an email with your invoice shortly after auction close, followed by another email to choose pickup or shipping. For shipping, you will receive a third email with your shipping costs once your auction items have been paid for.
PICKUP/SHIPPING: Pick up will be Saturday December 9th from 10am - 2pm each day.
