A 3% charge will be applied for each credit/debit card use.
Must bring proper ID for credit cards.
Bring enough help to load large items.
We are not responsible for any accidents on site.
If you break an item, you must pay for the item you broke.
All items are sold "AS IS", NO REFUNDS.
Prices are Non-Negotiable first day of sale.
Anyone caught stealing will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
No Food, Drinks or Pets allowed inside of home.
Please keep small children in your control.
We do not allow any outside "sold tags" aside from our own.
We do not provide packing material or boxes .
DO NOT park in driveway unless you are loading items.

We are hosting a Small 2 day sale in Apex NC. We will be selling all you see in the photos plus more. If you want to wear a mask to the sale, please do. No one will ridicule you. We will be wearing masks to help protect you as well.
