1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 4:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.

Estate tag sale in Archdale, N.C. to be conducted on Friday November 8th(10:00am-06:00pm) and Saturday November 9th(09:00am-04:00pm). Address is 1125 Liberty Rd. Archdale, N.C. 27263. Sale will feature zero turn mower, guns(permit or CCW required for pistol purchase), some gold jewelry, costume jewelry, mens watches, military items, fine furniture, handmade furniture by Thomas Huff, handmade grandfather clocks by Thomas Huff, assorted copper items, kitchenware, household, lots of tools, accessories, woodworking items, miscellaneous and more.
