Per NC Senate Bill 557 (S.B.557), beginning February 1, 2020 all Estate/Tag Sale operations MUST collect sales tax.

- WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO HELP LOAD LARGE ITEMS.
   If you expect to purchase Large Items, Please BRING HELP to load those items. 

- We are not responsible for for accidents or injuries.

- We will accept Cash, Credit/Debit (3.5%* fee will be added to Credit/Debit Transactions.
   A 5.5% fee will be added to manual entry Credit/Debit transactions).

- All items are sold As-Is and there are no guarantees or warranties implied.

- We may add or delete items before sale day.

- Prices are not communicated prior to the sale.

- Prices Displays/Furniture on first day of sale are FIRM(Subject to change). 
   Any discounts will be communicated on the 2nd, 3rd & 4th day of the sale.

- PICKUP OF DISPLAYS WILL BE DELAYED UNTIL THE END OF THE SALE

- Public restrooms are not available during the sale.

- Please do not enter the sale area prior to the start of the sale.

- Line will form at the front door to the business.

- Numbers will ONLY be assigned if inclement weather is present 1 hour prior to the sale.

- Please lock your vehicle(s) before entering the sales area.

- Please be respectful of business's / neighbor's property when parking.

- You are responsible for parking legally and for your safety to and from your vehicle.

- We will not start the sale early on Day 1. 
   We reserve the right to start the sale early on Day 2/3/4 at our discretion.
