1. Accepted forms of payment are cash, approved check, and credit/debit cards with a 3% transaction fee applied to purchase.
2. No prices given prior to sale.
3. No pre-sales.
4. A sign-up sheet will be placed outside front door one hour prior to start time to determine your order of entrance.
5. Items must be removed in a timely fashion.
6. Please bring help for loading of large items.
7. Not responsible for accidents.
8. Everything is being sold as is where is with no implied or expressed warranties or guarantees.
9. All purchased items must be removed from premises by Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
10. Please be respectful to neighbors when parking and do not block drives or park in yards.
11. A 7% sales tax will apply to all purchases unless you present a sales tax exemption form.

Sale address is 606 Quaker Lake Dr. Archdale, N.C. 27263. This is an HOA development. Parking is available at church right next door to residence. From church to residence is around 15 yards walking distance. Signage will be posted. Thank you for your cooperation. This is a very clean estate with nice items. Sale will feature fine furniture, China, glassware, antiques, collectibles, holiday items, tools, gold jewelry, silver jewelry, costume jewelry, housewares and kitchenware.
