Saturday Sale 50% Off!!!

Estate is as clean as a pin!!! Sweet estate located in Asheboro with 2 outbuildings. Sale includes a 2016 Buick Lacrosse and a 1994 Ford F150 pick-up truck.

House and buildings are full of great finds. Lots of "men's" finds. Nice Christmas items. Lots of tools and lawn care items. Great condition kitchen items. Super clean furniture and bedroom furniture.

Great selection of men's suits and women's dresses. All men's clothing is small/medium sizes. The women's are sizes 2 and 4 petites. Men's pants waist 30-31 and suit sizes 37-38 short.

**Updated information on the truck and car** We will be doing a sealed bid on both vehicles. There’s a minimum bid on both vehicles. The 2016 Buick LaCrosse will have a minimum bid of $16,500.00 and the 1994 Ford F-150 will have a minimum bid of $7,500.00. You can leave a sealed bid with us until noon on Saturday. Saturday at noon we will open the sealed bid envelopes. High bidder wins, but in case of a tie bid, the time is written on the envelopes and the earliest bidder will be awarded the vehicle. You will have 3 days to to make arrangements for pick up of the vehicle.

There are lots of items we’ve found and still searching this week. Some of the latest are 12’ Werner wooden step ladder, 8’ wooden step ladder, small wooden pull behind trailer for lawnmower and lots of other fine items!!
