There is a 3% Convenience Fee for using your credit card. (No personal checks please) Please Note: We MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS OVER THE PHONE regarding specific items at each estate sale, such as PRICE, SIZE OR AVAILABILITY. Thank you for your understanding on this matter. All Sales are Final. There are No Refunds and No Returns. We sell most electronics untested, but you are welcome to test. Please understand and check your items. -We do not plug every item in nor start every item, it is your responsibility to check your items for breaks, cracks, etc. Also, we are unable to research every item in the home, therefore we may be unaware of any recalls or safety issues on items being sold. Please check the item thoroughly before purchasing it. Thank you. You may want to bring your own bags, boxes and paper for wrapping, but we will have limited supply -We allow Bids on all items....ask about details -Please bring help to move your items.
