These items are from the deceased estate of Benjamin Brinson Lewis, Sr. Mr. Lewis was an avid coin collector. He worked as a manager for a large department store for more than 40 years. He would close out the registers and would collect some of the coins in this auction. He also purchased uncirculated & proof sets which added to his collection.
