Items in this sale are being offered by Sterling Transitions Inc. as agent for consignor(s) subject to the following terms and conditions. By purchasing from the sale, you agree to be bound by these Conditions of Sale.

BUY IT NOW: Buy anytime from 8:30 am on Friday, July 24th until 1pm on Monday, July 27th. Items are not "purchased" until payment is received.

All items close at the same time (at 1pm on the 27th).

IN PERSON PICK UP: Local pick up by appointment only! Items must be picked up on Tuesday, July 28th between 12pm and 5pm in Asheville, NC . Please note that the items found in this sale are at two locations. The majority of items are from a home off Merrimon Ave. in North Asheville. Six lots are from a condo in South Asheville off Hendersonville Rd. These items will be noted in the description. A Calendly appointment link will be sent to you after your payment is processed. PAYMENT INFO: Pay your invoice through the payment link as soon as you have finished shopping. There is no buyer's premium and no sales tax on your purchase. There is a 3% credit card processing fee on all invoices. Debit cards and Credit Cards are the only payments accepted. You will receive an EMAIL with an attached paid invoice from Sterling Transitions Inc after your payment is processed with pick up instructions and a Calendly appointment link. Items are not "purchased" until payment is received. No refunds.

Parking Notes: North asheville home is a shared driveway although there is lots of room at the property for parking, options to turn around are easy for a vehicle but large trucks and trailers will be difficult. South Asheville home is an easy pick up at garage.

Shipping: Shipping is not offered in this sale.

We understand that sometimes things happen, so we ask for communication on your part as soon possible to let us know if you need to change pick up or cancel. If we do not hear from you or you do not pay or pick up your goods, then we will be unable to allow you to participate in future estate sales or auctions with us. We apologize for the strict policy but this puts us in an unnecessary bind and we just ask you to call or email us ASAP if plans have changed.
