L & M Estate Liquidations

We are excited to be hosting the estate sale for the family of the late Joe Ellis.

Mr Ellis retired from the United States Army and started Ellis Construction Company, moving to and remodeling this antebellum home in Autryville.

This property is large and has five barns to explore along with the home.

Please be respectful of the neighbors property and watch for children and dogs.

Once you are on Autryville Road, please follow the red signs to the driveway entrance. Google will take you to the wrong driveway, so please follow the signs!!

A sign up sheet will be in place no later than 2 hours prior to the sale start. It will be located near the flagpoles, under a tent. Please do not explore the property prior to being admitted onto property. Porta- potties will be available near the front of the home for your convenience.

PLEASE FOLLOW PARKING SIGNS TO DESIGNATED AREA. YOU WILL TRAVEL THROUGH PRIVATE PROPERTY TO GET TO SALE LOCATION. NO LOOKIE LOOS OR EXPLORING PRIOR TO BEING CALLED ONTO PROPERTY.
