* This is a three day sale, most remaining items will be 50% off on Sunday.
* We accept CASH & GOOD CHECKS with the proper I.D. Checks are subject to approval. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.
* All sales are final and all items are sold As-Is, Where-Is with no warranty either expressed or implied. PLEASE inspect your items before purchasing. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN FOR ANY REASON.
* All items are to be removed by the closing time of the final sale day unless prior arrangements are made.
* Our staff can help with small items or bags to your car but due to liability our staff is unable to carry or load large furniture. Please make arrangements to bring or hire help.
* Only a certain number of people will be allowed into the house, depending on the size of the home, for the safety of our customers. Please know that we will get everyone in as soon as we possibly can. Once there is no longer a wait to enter the home, all entrance will be free flowing.
* Not responsible for on-site accidents.
* Driveway for Loading ONLY
* PLEASE be respectful of all neighbors and do not park on their grass or in their driveway. Also make sure you are not blocking the flow of traffic. Emergency vehicles MUST be able to get down the street.
