Sales are completed with cash or check only; no debit or credit cards can be accepted. There are several ATM's located with the shopping district a block from the house. There will be some assistance for loading larger items as needed throughout the sale hours. There will be limited box and bagging materials available on site. Grouping of purchases at check out will be available. The house dates from the early 19th century with uneven floors and steps; everyone is cautioned with no responsibility accepted by the owners or the assistants handling the sale.
